Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued an announcement in September 2026, announcing the establishment plan of the supporting standards of the Guidelines for the Construction of Intelligent Manufacturing Standard System in Building Materials Industry (2026 Edition). Among them, the building materials industry standard JC/T 3134-2026 "Technical Specification for Energy Management System of Cement Intelligent Factory" was officially approved.
The standard focuses on the construction of energy management system of cement intelligent plant, unifies the data acquisition, analysis and optimization interface of energy management system of cement enterprise, and provides a unified technical basis for solving the problems of inconsistent interface of energy management system, difficult data exchange and inconsistent caliber of energy efficiency analysis in the industry.
Energy management is the key link of digital energy saving and carbon reduction in cement industry. The industry believes that the establishment of this standard will provide a technical base for cement enterprises to carry out online energy consumption monitoring, energy efficiency benchmarking and system optimization, promote the transformation of energy-saving management from "experience-driven" to "data-driven", and provide standardized support for the green low-carbon transformation of building materials industry.
