, Shengwei Group completed a 500,000-ton phosphogypsum sulphuric acid production project. However, due to the collaborative operation mode based on the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant, the sulphuric acid production system was deeply bound to the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid production system and could not operate completely independently, which restricted the release of production capacity.

In 2026, Shengwei Group decided to carry out upgrading and transformation-to separate the acid-making system from the original 600000 tons/year sulfur-based acid-making system and build a new system that operates independently. The total investment of the project is 60 million yuan, mainly for the construction of sulfuric acid production plant, circulating water station and related supporting facilities. transformation, the project can comprehensively utilize 500000 tons of phosphogypsum, produce 200000 tons of sulfuric acid and 240000 tons of new materials (cement clinker ).
