Recently, the bidding results of Guangzhou Nansha 2024NJY-5 and 2024NJY-6 Block Project Phase II Survey, Design and Construction General Contracting (EPC) were officially announced, and the "Railway Construction Consortium" led by China Railway 17 Bureau Group Co., Ltd. won the bid with a quotation of 2.084 billion yuan.
This project, with a total construction area of about 285,000 square meters, will produce a landmark building with a maximum height of 150 meters and become another new star on the skyline of Nansha City.
The project is located in the core area of Nansha, Guangzhou. The Phase II Project consists of four plots:
Plot 2024NJY-6-North Plot (Plot DN0302015): Plot 2024NJY-5-South Plot (Plot DN0302008-1) with a building height of 150m
Plot DN0302008-2): the building height of one plot is 120m, and the controlled height of the other plot is 24m
. Plot No.2024 NJY-5-North Plot (Plot DN0302009): the building height is 120m
. Overall, the total construction area of the project is about 285,000 ㎡. The total capacity building area is planned to be about 180,000 ㎡. The design of multiple plots and multiple levels will form a patchwork urban skyline. The total investment of the
project is about 2.086 billion yuan, of which the project cost is about 2.055 billion yuan, accounting for a very high proportion, reflecting the substantial investment in project construction.
The bidding content covers the main works of the above four plots, as well as the supporting works constructed in other plots to meet the acceptance of Phase II (subject to the instructions of the Employer). The general contracting mode of survey, design and construction is adopted to realize the integrated management of the whole process from geological survey, scheme design to construction landing.
