On September 9, Shandong Cement Industry Association issued the "Notice on Peak Staggering Production of Cement Clinker Enterprises in Shandong Province from September to October". All clinker production lines of cement clinker enterprises

in Shandong Province (including special clinker production lines, excluding chemical supporting clinker production lines of Shandong Lubei Chemical Co., Ltd.) will implement peak-shifting production from 0:00 on September 21 to 24:00 on October 10, totaling 20 days. Enterprises that undertake special tasks such as protecting people's livelihood during the peak-shifting production period in the heating season

of 2025-2026 and originally planned to make up for the suspension during this period and enterprises that did not stop the peak-shifting production in April, June, July and August 2026 must continue to make up for the suspension after the end of the peak-shifting production.
