Leading enterprises in cement, photovoltaic glass, new wall materials and other industries are encouraged to carry out cross-regional mergers and reorganizations and upstream and downstream integration of industrial chains, forming 1-2 large enterprise groups with core competitiveness and international influence, creating "chain-owner" enterprises with ecological guidance of industrial chains, and promoting the development of enabling industries.
According to the data of China Cement Network, the total clinker production capacity of Anhui Province is 3.3 million tons 13455, ranking first in the country. In Anhui Province, Conch Cement occupies a dominant position, accounting for 60% of clinker production capacity; CNBM accounts for 13.65%.

It is understood that in recent years, many documents have been issued to actively advocate and support the regional cement industry to adopt the strategy of resource integration and merger and reorganization to integrate resources within the industry.

At present, the problem of overcapacity in China's cement industry is more prominent, which restricts the overall efficiency improvement and sustainable development of the industry to a certain extent. Through mergers and reorganizations, we can effectively eliminate backward production capacity, optimize industrial layout, improve industry concentration, and release space for the healthy development of the industry.
