Cement Enterprises Fined Nearly 700000 yuan for Illegal Land Occupation for 13 Years

Recently, Haibowan Branch of Wuhai Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources issued the Decision on Administrative Penalty: H.Z.Z.J.J.Z. [2025] No.114, imposing a penalty on Wuhai Branch of Inner Mongolia Qianfeng Cement Group Co., Ltd. for illegal land occupation, with a total fine of 697,721.45 million yuan. The

punishment is as follows:

1. Wuhai Branch of Inner Mongolia Qianfeng Cement Group Co., Ltd. is ordered to build roads and production equipment on the south side of the reservoir in Qianlishan Industrial Park within 15 days from the date of receiving the administrative penalty decision. 6 square meters of land illegally occupied by mining slag shall be returned to the people's government of Haibowan District 124690;

2. A fine of 5 yuan per square meter shall be imposed on the 110920 of 0.09 square meters (166.38 mu) of land illegally occupied from March 2009 to May 2014: the 110920 of 0.09 square meters * 5 yuan/square meter = the 554600 of 0.45 yuan (five hundred and fifty-four thousand six hundred yuan and forty-five cents);
