It is understood that Caoshan Phase I and Phase III photovoltaic projects are located near Bangkong Village in the west of Mengdui Township, Kangxian County, Lincang Town, Yunnan Province, with a total investment of about 2.685 billion yuan , an installed capacity of 590 MW and an area of 10871 mu. The main construction contents of the
project include the installation of more than 1.14 million photovoltaic modules , 408 22 photovoltaic brackets , There are 1844 series inverters and 161 photovoltaic power generation arrays.
Of which: the rated capacity of Caoshan Phase I PV Project is 350 MW, and the installed capacity is 437.3951 MW. The project plans to build a new 220kV booster station, which will be connected to the new 220kV booster station with 16 circuits of 35kV collector lines and connected to the 220kV Nansan substation with 1 circuit of 220kV outgoing line.
Caoshan Phase III PV Project has a rated capacity of 240MW and an installed capacity of 299.8502MW. No new booster station will be built in this project, and 11 35 kV collector lines will be connected to the newly built 220 kV Caoshan Phase I booster station at the same time.
The project is planned to be completed by the end of 2026 and realize full capacity grid-connected power generation, with a design operation period of 25 years .
