The announcement shows that the project is located in the plant area of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. in Gangcheng District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, and the photovoltaic modules will be installed in the plant area of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. with an installed capacity of about 88.43 MW . The components used in the project shall be purchased by the Tenderee.
The bidding contents include all engineering design from solar cells of solar photovoltaic power station to grid-connected points, procurement and supply of equipment and materials, secondary handling and storage of all equipment, plant reinforcement, roof cleaning, construction and installation works, The whole process of project quality and construction period control, project management, equipment supervision, training, commissioning, trial operation, acceptance, delivery and production, and defect elimination within the quality warranty period. In terms of
construction period, the Tenderee shall complete the grid connection of 18.84 MW project before August 5, 2026, and the remaining capacity shall complete the grid connection acceptance of the approved corresponding capacity within 270 natural days from the date of obtaining the power access approval. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least one grid-connected photovoltaic power plant with a single capacity of 58 MW or more from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . The bid
