Guangzhou Zhujiang Cement was fined for illegal management of hidden dangers in production safety

On September 4, the Emergency Management Bureau of Huadu District of Guangzhou issued an administrative penalty decision, and Guangzhou Zhujiang Cement Co., Ltd. was fined tens of millions of yuan for violations of the management of hidden dangers in production safety.

Illegal facts: the production and operation unit did not take measures to eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents (the open-pit mine did not construct flood drainage facilities in accordance with the provisions of 5.1.1 in the Safety Regulations for Metal and Nonmetal Mines GB16423, and the drainage ditches were not repaired in time.)

Penalty basis: Violation of the second paragraph of Article 41 of the Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, according to the provisions of Article 102 of the Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.
