Announcement of Xizang of Three Cement Clinker Lines with Supplementary Capacity of 1000t/d

On January 21, the Economic and Credit Office of Xizang Autonomous issued a public notice on the capacity replacement plan of three cement enterprises, including Xizang Gaozheng Building Materials Co., Ltd., for supplementing 1000t/d cement clinker projects. The public notice period is from January 21 to February 3, 2026.

Xizang Gaozheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. has a cement clinker line with an original record capacity of 4000t/d, and Xizang Kaitou Haitong Cement Co., Ltd. has a cement clinker line with an original record capacity of 2000t/d, each with a supplementary capacity of 1000t/d. The production capacity comes from a 4200 t/d clinker line of Jiangxi Anfu Southern Cement Co., Ltd. (Used for the replacement capacity of 4000 t/d of the above two projects), and the replacement ratio is 2:1. The original record capacity of the

Xizang Sinoma Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. to supplement 1000t/d cement clinker production capacity project is 4000t/d. The supplementary capacity of 1,000t/d comes from a 2,000t/d production line of Weng'an Yushan Cement (Plant) Co., Ltd. (All used for the replacement capacity of this project), with a replacement ratio of 2:1.
