Com learned that on January 20, the EPC project of Survey-Design-Construction General Contracting for 1.5 million dry watts photovoltaic project in Junrui Weichengmi East District of Xinjiang was tendered. The tenderer is Xinjiang Junrui Weicheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and the source of funds is 3.6 billion yuan from other sources.
According to the announcement, the project is located in Midong District, Urumqi, Xinjiang, and plans to build a 1.5 million kilowatt photovoltaic power station off the grid. New self-built energy storage and other ancillary facilities with energy storage duration of 2 hours and energy storage power of 225000 kilowatts will be built . The project is divided into one bid section. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have no less than 1 (1 to 3) similar projects in the past five years (from January 1, 2020 to the deadline for bidding, not less than five years) (completed or newly undertaken or being implemented). Similar projects refer to the EPC performance or construction general contracting performance of power projects with a project scale of not less than 300 MW, and the contract agreement or the owner/user's certification documents shall be provided. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . The time for obtaining the
bidding documents is from 10:00 on January 20, 2026 to 17:00 on January 26, 2026. The bid
