On January 29, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province, issued a public announcement on the proposed approval of the environmental impact report form of Bazhai Photovoltaic Power Generation Project .

It is understood that this project is a centralized photovoltaic power generation project with a planned installed capacity of 100MW , located on the slopes near Maocaozhai Village, Nagubo Village and Yantouzhai Village, Maguan County, Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It mainly includes the construction of booster station, photovoltaic array, collector line and box transformer.

The project is a new project, which is constructed by CGN New Energy (Maguan) Co., Ltd . The total investment of

the project is 360 million yuan . It is planned to select double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules with peak power of 710 Wp, and 32 photovoltaic arrays are planned to be arranged. Among them, there are 3 series inverter arrays with capacity of 2.3MW, 27 series inverter arrays with capacity of 3.2MW and 2 series inverter arrays with capacity of 3.6MW.

The EIA report discloses that the installed capacity of the whole station is transmitted to the 220kV booster station through four 35kV collector lines (cable lines + overhead lines) and then connected to the grid through one 220kV overhead line. The total construction period of the

project is 9 months . It is planned to start construction in January 2026 and complete grid-connected power generation in September 2026.
