On January 16, the tender announcement for general contracting of photovoltaic area construction of Luntai 500MW photovoltaic power generation project in Tarim Oilfield of Xinjiang was issued, and the tenderer was PetroChina Tower Oil (Luntai) New Energy Co., Ltd.
The project is located in Luntai County, Bazhou, Xinjiang, with a total installed capacity of 500 MW on the AC side and 609.53 MW on the DC side. The scheme of N-type monocrystalline double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules and string inverters is adopted.
At the same time, the project supports the construction of a 220 KV booster station and a 50 MW/100 MWh lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system, with a 220 KV overhead line connected to the guard 220 KV substation.
The project is not divided into bid sections. The bidding scope is the general contracting for the construction of the photovoltaic area of the project. The contents of the project include the procurement of materials supplied by the photovoltaic area B, engineering construction, single commissioning, grid-connected trial operation, quality warranty, etc. The details are as follows:
the project is planned to start on March 1, 2026, the main project will be completed on October 30, 2026 and meet the grid connection conditions, the grid connection will be on November 30, 2026, and the full capacity grid connection will be on April 30, 2027. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least one EPC or PC performance of 100MW or more photovoltaic grid-connected power generation projects from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender .
