At the same time, Li Fengxuan ceased to be a member of the Nomination Committee and Mak Tin Sang, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Li Tao, aged 52, has approximately 30 years of experience in the cement industry, covering cement production, process management, quality control, production safety and enterprise management. He is currently the chairman and general manager of Tianrui Cement Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
