On May 12, the Economic and Credit Department of Hubei Province issued the "Announcement of Peak Staggering Production Plan for Cement Production Enterprises in Hubei Province in 2026".

The content shows that in 2026, 49 clinker production lines in Hubei Province participated in peak staggering, including 45 days of environmental performance A-level kiln shutdown and 65-120 days of other kiln shutdown; In addition, the 2500t/d clinker production line of Zhuxi Ruicheng Cement and a 2500t/d clinker production line of Huaxin Jinlong Cement (Yun County) have been replaced and stopped production throughout the year.
