On May 12, the EPC project of Fuqing White Pigeon Mountain 350 MW Fishery Complementary Photovoltaic Power Station Project (Section A) of Fuzhou Power Plant of Fujian Company issued a tender termination announcement. The tenderer, Guoneng (Fuzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. , has re-planned the project.
Previous tender announcements showed that the project is located in Baige Mountain Reclamation Area in Shangjing Town and Yuxi Town, Fuqing City, Fujian Province, and plans to build a 350 MW (AC side) photovoltaic power station with a DC side capacity of about 417.6752 MW and a photovoltaic area of about 5540 mu. The land use type of the photovoltaic area is the water surface of aquaculture pits and ponds.
The project is divided into three sections . Bid Section A includes the survey and design of the overall project (including three bid sections A/B/C), external completion acceptance, and participation in the acceptance of other bid sections. Be responsible for the construction of about 275.6656 MWp photovoltaic field on the east side of the river in the middle section of the project site. Section
B includes the construction of about 141MWp DC photovoltaic field on the west side of the river in the middle section of the project site, the construction, commissioning and coordination of power transmission of regional collector lines, iron towers and overhead lines on both sides of the river in Section B. It includes the procurement of all equipment and materials except components and inverters . Bid Section
C includes the handling of construction permit for booster station, civil construction of booster station, equipment procurement, installation and commissioning of booster station and energy storage system, etc.
