On May 13, CECEP Solar announced that the board of directors of the company received a written resignation report from Guo Yi , secretary of the board of directors, deputy general manager and general counsel, on May 12.
Guo Yi's original term of office expired on May 8, 2027. Now, due to organizational arrangements and job adjustments , he has applied to resign from the above positions. After his resignation, Guo Yi did not hold any position in the company and its wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries.
CECEP Solar said that during the vacancy of the secretary of the board of directors, Chairman Zhang Huixue acted as the secretary of the board of directors.
