Construction Scale: The project construction content includes the sojourn and recuperation bay, the health care valley, and the landscape cultivation ridge. The total land area is 1180305.2 square meters (about 1770 mu), and the total building area is 755256. 97 square meters, of which the above-ground building area is 637116. 97 square meters and the underground building area is 118140 square meters. The specific construction contents of each district are as follows:
(1) 50.11 hectares (about 752 mu) of land is used for the sojourn recuperation bay, which is aimed at the sojourn recuperation crowd, featuring the recuperation of the lake scenery, and initiating projects with multiple groups of vacation products with different themes to build the sojourn recuperation bay. Including Kangyang Apartment (including Nanping Wuyi New District Comprehensive Pension Base, Nanping Xingtian Digital Kangyang Comprehensive Service Platform, etc.), Cultural Experience Center (including Nanping Non-hereditary Inheritance Center, etc.), Sports Comprehensive Service Center (including Nanping Xingtian Scenic Area Cultural Tourism Integration Development Infrastructure, etc.), Hot Spring Sports Park (including Nanping Outdoor Sports Public Service Facilities, etc.). the project: the total investment 597772 of the construction project is 0.12 million yuan, the 432961 of the construction and installation cost is 0.67 million yuan, the 22789 of other construction costs is 0.09 million yuan, the 22787 of the basic reserve fund is 0.54 million yuan, the 47549 of the land cost is 0.06 million yuan, and the 15170 of the management cost is 0.01 million yuan. The 16755 of financial cost is 0.99 million yuan, and the interest during the construction period is 397.5822 million yuan.

① Scope of survey and design: including but not limited to detailed survey, scheme design and deepening (if necessary), preliminary design and deepening (if necessary), post-bid simulation list (if necessary), construction drawing design (including scheme and deepening design of professional engineering and special engineering, Including but not limited to the design of building, structure, water supply and drainage, electricity, fire protection, heating and ventilation, civil air defense, environmental protection, green building, energy saving, intellectualization, power supply and distribution, elevator, lighting, decoration, sponge city, road engineering, traffic engineering, landscape greening, outdoor overall and other professional or special projects, the deepening design of prefabricated components and the design of supporting facilities), Follow-up services (including drawing review and coordination services, design guidance services for the whole construction process, preparation of as-built drawings, etc.), application of BIM technology for construction drawing design, extension of BIM technology from design to in-depth design in the construction stage, and implementation of BIM scenarios; Integrate the conceptual architectural scheme design result documents to optimize and integrate, optimize and deepen the scheme design and preliminary design, and then do a good job of linking up and coordinating with the conceptual architectural scheme design, preliminary design and construction drawing design according to the owner's requirements.

Including but not limited to site leveling, temporary facilities, buildings, structures, water supply and drainage, electricity, fire protection, heating and ventilation, civil air defense, environmental protection, green building, energy saving, intellectualization, power supply and distribution, elevators, lighting, decoration, sponge city, road engineering, traffic engineering, landscape greening, etc. The engineering construction and installation of the overall outdoor and construction drawings (including changes) and the construction-related projects shall be subject to the approved construction drawings and the approved bill of quantities.
③ Procurement scope includes: procurement, transportation, installation, storage, commissioning and after-sales of materials and equipment involved in the project.
④ The bid winner must be responsible for the contact, cooperation, service, coordination and management of subcontractors (if any) and material suppliers, and provide construction conditions, relevant facilities, safety management and overall planning of progress, quality, safety, civilized construction, data management, etc. Until the completion of the competent department for record acceptance.
