of Jinggu Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 4000 tons has a design capacity of 3000t/d, a supplementary capacity of 1000t/d and a replacement capacity of 1500t/d in the original filing or approval documents, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1. 1500t/d of a 4000t/d cement clinker production line of Yunnan Huaxin Dongjun Cement Co., Ltd. is used for the replacement capacity of the project, and the production line is planned to be dismantled and withdrawn before production according to the capacity after replenishment.
