On January 15, the website of the People's Government of Muyang County, Jiangsu Province, issued a notice ordering 11 ready-mixed concrete enterprises that had not completed the rectification to rectify within a time limit.
In accordance with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development "Regulations on Qualification Management of Construction Enterprises" (Ministry Decree No.22) and the spirit of relevant documents, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau of Muyang County has carried out a special inspection on the qualifications of 21 ready-mixed concrete enterprises in the county. During the inspection, 11 ready-mixed concrete enterprises had technical equipment that did not meet the requirements of qualification management and had abnormal qualifications. In accordance with the Regulations on Qualification Management of Construction Enterprises, 11 ready-mixed concrete enterprises that have not completed the rectification are ordered to rectify within a time limit and make a public announcement (the rectification period is from January 15, 2026 to March 14, 2026).
