China Tianrui Cement (01252. HK) recently announced that at the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong was suspended from 9:07 a.m. on 23 March 2026 and will continue to be suspended until further notice.
The Company is actively promoting the work related to the resumption of trading, including the engagement of Zhengzheng Risk Management Consulting Co., Ltd. as an independent investigator to conduct forensic investigation and the internal control review by Zhehui Corporate Management Professionals Co., Ltd. The Company will make further announcement to update the relevant progress as and when appropriate.
