On September 4, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Sales Number of the 32nd Rectification Task of the Second Round of Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision. According to the Regulations on the Acceptance and Acceptance of the Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision and Rectification Task of Shandong Province issued by the Office of the Provincial Eco-environmental Protection Working Committee (No.2026, No.9), and the Provincial Department of Eco logical Environment on the Second Round of the Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision and Rectification Task of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other three departments. The 32nd rectification task of the second round of the Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has been completed, which meets the relevant rectification requirements and has passed the provincial acceptance. The rectification and acceptance of the sales number are now publicized.
According to the announcement, in March 2025, 42 clinker production lines of 2500 tons per day or less were integrated and withdrawn in accordance with the requirements of the task list of "resolutely eliminating a batch" of the "three resolute" action plan implemented by the whole province.

air pollution prevention and control is still prominent. The structural and root pressure of air pollution prevention and control in Shandong Province is still at a high level, and the situation of air pollution prevention and control in the 14th Five-Year Plan is still grim.

of rectification is to accomplish the "14th Five-Year Plan" environmental air quality target task issued by the state.
3. Rectification measures
to eliminate inefficient and backward production capacity. Focus on the eight key industries of iron and steel, local refining, coking, coal and electricity, cement, tires, coal and chemical industry, and eliminate the backward production technology and equipment and backward products of the "elimination category". By the end of 2022, organize the integration and withdrawal of 1.15 million tons of production capacity of independent coking enterprises with a total capacity of less than 1 million tons in separate plant areas; except for special cement clinker and chemical supporting cement clinker production lines, integrate and withdraw cement clinker production lines with a capacity of less than 2500 tons per day.
4. Implementation of
rectification (1) Elimination of
backward production process equipment and backward products in the "elimination category" According to the Catalogue of Guidance for Industrial Structure Adjustment, the elimination of backward production process equipment and backward products in the "elimination category" has been continuously promoted. Since 2022, a total of 3436 sets of equipment and production lines have been eliminated.
(2) By the end of 2022, the coking industry
has completed the task of integrating and withdrawing 1.15 million tons of production capacity of independent coking enterprises with a total capacity of less than 1 million tons.
(3) In March 2025, the cement industry
completed the integration and withdrawal of 42 clinker production lines of 2500 tons per day or less in accordance with the requirements of the task list of "resolutely eliminating a batch" in the implementation of the "three resolute" action plan in the whole province.
5. Acceptance of
Sales Numbers On July 6, 2026, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology submitted to the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment the Letter on the Application for Acceptance of Sales Numbers for the 32nd Rectification Task of the Second Round of Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision. On August 27, the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment gave feedback to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on the "Opinions on the Acceptance of Sales Numbers of the 32nd Rectification Task of the Second Round of Central Eco-environmental Protection Supervision by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Other Three Departments", clarifying that the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has implemented the relevant rectification measures, completed the objectives of the rectification task, and passed the acceptance of sales numbers.
