Among them, three enterprises in the cement industry suffered downgrades. Huaxin Cement (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd. and Huaxin Concrete Xiangyang Xiangcheng District Co., Ltd. have been downgraded from performance-leading to non-leading; Chongyang Changhua Industrial Co., Ltd. has been downgraded from B to C.
