It is understood that the project is located in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, and plans to build 296 photovoltaic charging stations with a total installed capacity of about 280 MW. The installed capacity of single station is less than 6MW . In the first phase, 200 photovoltaic storage charging stations will be built, with an installed capacity of about 200MW , which are now bundled for bidding and divided into two bidding sections . 100 photovoltaic storage charging stations will be built in each bid section, with an installed capacity of about 100 WW.

The construction area of the first bid section is Weiyang District, Baqiao District, Chanba Ecological Zone, Beilin District, Xincheng District and Qujiang New District of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province; The construction areas of the second bid section are Jingkai District, High-tech Zone, Lianhu District, Yanta District and Xixian New District.
