Project overview: China Resources Cement (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. (Formerly known as "Taiwan Global Cement Co., Ltd.") is located in Aizi Village, Pingling Street, Longmen County, Huizhou City, and is mainly engaged in the production of clinker, cement, aggregate and other building materials. At present, there are 1 × 2500t/d new dry process cement clinker production line, cement grinding station, 1 × 200t/H aggregate production line, and supporting limestone mine, with an annual output of 775000 tons of clinker (intermediate products), 1.75 million tons of cement (final products) and 1.2 million tons of gravel aggregate. 61000 t/a of alternative fuels, 435700 t/a of alternative raw materials and alternative admixtures were co-disposed. The production wastewater and domestic sewage in the operation of the
existing project are all responded to the production after being treated up to the standard in the plant area, and are not discharged. Kiln inlet flue gas control measures are as follows: SO2 adopts "raw fuel S content control measures + sulfur absorption in the kiln + composite desulfurization", NOx adopts "SNCR + SCR" denitration, particulate matter adopts "high efficiency bag filter", HCl, HF, heavy metal and dioxin are removed by controlling harmful elements in raw fuel and "high efficiency bag filter". "High-efficiency bag-type dust remover" is used for the treatment of flue gas and other dust at the kiln head.
