the filing documents, the project is located on the south side of the intersection of Amur South Street and Golden Circuit in Saihan District, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and in the third phase of Zhonghuan Photovoltaic Materials Co., Ltd. in Zhonghuan Industrial Park . The total investment is 14.14 million yuan , and the declaring unit is Inner Mongolia Zhonghuan Crystal Material Co., Ltd .
This project plans to use the standardized workshop of Zhonghuan Photovoltaic Materials Co., Ltd. to construct and install hydrogen production devices , including electrolytic water system, membrane press, hydrogen cylinder group, power distribution system, etc.
The project is scheduled to start construction in September 2025 and complete construction in September 2026.
It is noteworthy that Inner Mongolia Zhonghuan Crystal Materials Co., Ltd. had previously filed the project for the first time on October 20, 2025. Compared with the previous one, the changed filing notice adjusted the scale and content of the project construction, and deleted the "equipment of deaerator and mixed cycle compressor". According to
