On August 31, the delegation of Golyan Group of Nepal visited the headquarters of Jingao in Beijing, and the two sides signed a project cooperation agreement and a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation (MOU) on the same day, marking the cooperation between the two enterprises from a single component supply. It was officially upgraded to a strategic partnership covering project development, AIDC, energy storage and operation and maintenance, laying a solid foundation for Jingao to further develop the clean energy market in Nepal and South Asia and promote regional green and low-carbon transformation.

According to the agreement, the two parties will carry out multi-level cooperation in the field of photovoltaic and clean energy in Nepal and other mutually agreed markets, covering product supply, project development, localization capacity building and long-term services, and will gradually expand the cooperation boundary according to market progress. At the
signing ceremony, Yang Aiqing, President of Jingao, witnessed the signing of the contract, and Li Xiaobin, Vice President of Jingao East Asia and South Pacific Region, and Sanjay Kumar Sah, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Golyan Group, signed the documents on behalf of both sides. Akshay Golyan, Chairman and Managing Director of Golyan Group, participated in the meeting online.
