On August 31, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice on Publishing the List of Benchmarking Enterprises for Comprehensive Utilization of Industrial Resources in Hunan Province in 2026. Sinoma Zhuzhou Cement Co., Ltd. and Hunan Leiyang Southern Cement Co., Ltd., which belong to Zhongnan Cement, are among them.
In recent years, Zhongnan Cement has deeply practiced Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization, continuously explored new ways of industrial solid waste co-disposal and recycling of renewable resources, continuously improved the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of resources, and promoted the transformation of production mode to green and low-carbon. Sinoma Zhuzhou has steadily promoted the construction of key projects such as co-disposal of municipal sludge, contaminated soil and general industrial solid waste in cement kilns, and adhered to the development path of "solid waste disposal + cement production + green power application". Leiyang South adheres to the comprehensive treatment of solid waste "reduction, resource utilization and harmlessness", relying on the technical advantages of co-disposal of cement kilns, effectively realizing the efficient recycling of resources.
