, Anhui Province Construction Scale: This project is a national expressway planned in the National Highway Network Planning (2022-2035). It is also the provincial expressway network line planned in the Revision of Anhui Expressway Network Planning (2020-2035). This project starts from the Anhui-Jiangsu provincial boundary on the north side of Chengmiao Village, Xialou Town, connects with the route of G0323 Xuzhou Section, and ends with the G0323 Jihe Expressway (Su-Gu Expressway) under construction. The total length of the line is 49.5 kilometers, and the whole line adopts the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 120 km/H and a roadbed width of 27.0 meters. The total estimated investment of this project is about 0.07 million yuan 669518, and the average cost of each kilometer of highway is about 0.99 million yuan 13529. The details shall be subject to the Project Feasibility Study Report approved by the competent investment department.
