According to Credit China, recently, Anshun Anping Concrete Co., Ltd. was fined a total of 237100 yuan by Xixiu District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Anshun City for violating the provisions of Article 25, paragraph 1, of the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects.
Illegal facts: During the period from 2021 to 2025, Anshun Anping Concrete Co., Ltd. produced ready-mixed concrete without relevant qualifications, and sold the produced concrete to various construction projects by signing construction contracts and purchase and sale contracts. It also provides labor and material contracting services for engineering projects, actually generates operating output value, collects sales payment, and continuously produces and sells ready-mixed concrete without qualification and contracts projects, which violates the provisions of Article 25, paragraph 1, of the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects.
Penalty content: 1. A fine of RMB two hundred and twenty-five thousand eight hundred and fifty-six point eight yuan (225856 RMB.80 yuan) shall be imposed on Anshun Anping Concrete Co., Ltd.;
2. Ban Zhengan, the directly responsible person in charge of Anshun Anping Concrete Co., Ltd. (The general manager of the company), shall be fined eleven thousand two hundred and ninety-two yuan and eighty-four cents (84 yuan 11292).
