Cement Network Video: Clinker Transport Truck Collision Crushing Accident Caused One Death! Conch Subsidiary Was Notified of Improper Source Management

Recently, the Emergency Response Bureau of Fenghuang County, Hunan, released an accident investigation report. On September 30, 2025, Hunan N12273D truck (KS283) collided with the electric vehicle, resulting in the death of the driver of the electric vehicle and a loss of about 93000 yuan. The failure of both sides to observe the road conditions safely is the direct cause of the accident and they are equally responsible. The truck was loaded with 36.45 tons of clinker from Conch Panjiang Cement in Tongren, Guizhou, with an overload of 2.35 tons (overload rate of 6.8%). The enterprise failed to load according to the standard and was recommended to investigate and deal with it.
