Sales of counterfeit "conch brand" cement was fined 15000 yuan

A few days ago, the Fuqing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a decision on administrative penalties (Rongshi Jianyinxi Penalty [2026] 23). Fuqing Yinxi Group was ordered to stop the infringement immediately and fined 15000 yuan for selling counterfeit "conch brand" cement.

After investigation, the party concerned purchased 25 tons of "Conch Brand" cement from the unverifiable place at a unit price of 290 yuan/ton from January 28 to 30, 2026, and sold it to Zhuhai Qingsheng Stone Co., Ltd. at a unit price of 375 yuan/ton on the same day. On January 31, 2026, the trademark owner, Anhui Conch Group Co., Ltd., identified and issued an appraisal report that the above cement was a commodity infringing the exclusive right to use the registered trademark of "Conch Brand". Up to the date of the case, the parties sold a total of 25 tons of the above-mentioned "heart" cement, because the payment for goods with Zhuhai Qingsheng Stone Co., Ltd. has not been settled, no illegal income has been obtained, and the illegal business volume is 9375 yuan.
