Jiangxi Anfu Southern Cement Co., Ltd. intends to use the production capacity of 4,000t/d cement clinker to supplement the production capacity of the 4,000t/d cement clinker production line of Xizang Gaozheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. and the production capacity of the 2,000t/d cement clinker production line of Xizang Kaitou Haitong Cement Co., Ltd. by means of capacity transfer, and the replacement ratio is 2:1.
