The project is located in the hillside area near Huixinzhai Village, Yezhuwa Village, Heihe Village, Hebianzhai Village and Juanba Village, Muchang Township, Zhenkang County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province. The construction unit is Huaneng Lancang River (Zhenkang) New Energy Co., Ltd .
According to the announcement, the planned installed capacity of the project is 60MW , and 23 sub-arrays are planned.
