On August 29, Jiang Zhongming, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Construction and Investment Corporation, went to the G236 Pingtianhu Tunnel and the 01 Bid Section of the Connection Line Project for investigation and supervision.
Jiang Zhongming surveyed the main structure construction, bridge pile foundation operation and other key working surfaces successively, understood the construction organization, quality control and land coordination on the spot, and listened to the report of the project leader on the current construction progress, technical difficulties and follow-up arrangements.
Jiang Zhongming affirmed the effectiveness of the current stage of the project, and put forward five requirements for the next step: First, we should scientifically coordinate the allocation of resources, optimize the process convergence, promote multi-point operation and comprehensive development, and ensure that the annual node target is completed on schedule. Secondly, we should strengthen the safety and quality control on site, keep a close eye on the details of the construction process of the main structure, strictly control the quality of key processes such as formwork joints and concrete maintenance, and simultaneously strengthen the safety management of mechanical cross operation and hoisting operation on the sidewalk. Third, we should strengthen land coordination, accelerate the construction of bridge pile foundation, and create a continuous working face for follow-up operations. Fourthly, we should strengthen the cost control of the whole project cycle, focus on key links such as material procurement, subcontracting settlement, material loss and non-productive expenditure, sort out and optimize the space one by one, and effectively reduce costs and increase efficiency. Fifthly, we should strengthen the leadership of Party building, promote the deep integration of Party building and construction production, incorporate key and difficult points such as coordination of local problems, tackling key technical problems and advancing progress into the management of Party organizations, and give full play to the role of grass-roots Party organizations as fighting fortresses and the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members.
The project department said that it would resolutely implement the requirements of investigation and supervision, anchor the annual target unswervingly, organize construction scientifically, strictly control quality and safety, accelerate progress, and make every effort to build Pingtianhu Tunnel into a reassuring and high-quality project.
