The reason for termination of the project is that the number of valid bidders is less than specified number.

The estimated contract price of this tender is 35810.

Compared with the first tender, The content of the second tender announcement has not been adjusted . In terms of

construction period, the project is planned to complete grid connection within 240 calendar days after the issuance of the construction party's commencement order, and reach the full-capacity grid connection conditions required by the mechanism electricity bidding by December 31, 2026. In terms of

performance, this tender requires bidders to start from January 1 , 2022 (the time is based on the time of contract signing). It must have at least one EPC general contracting performance of photovoltaic power plants with a scale of 70 MW or above . Consortium bidding is accepted for

this bidding project , but the total number of parties to the consortium shall not exceed 3 .The bid

closing/opening time is 10:00 (Beijing time) on January 30, 2026.
