Construction Scale and Content: Guizhou Xingyi Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. transfers the capacity of 1,250t/d of the 2,000t/d clinker cement production line to the 3,200t/d clinker cement production line of Zheng'an Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. by reducing the capacity of 833 t/d through the replacement ratio of 1.5: 1. After replacement, the production capacity of clinker cement production line of Zheng'an Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. increased from 3200 t/d to 4033 t/d.
