Recently, Zhu Shengli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Conch Group, went to Conch Capital and Private Equity Company to carry out work research, accompanied by Li Qunfeng, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Conch Group, Ma Wei, Director of Strategic Development Department of Conch Group, and Wang Jingqian, Executive Deputy Director of Finance Department of Conch Group.
Zhu Shengli affirmed the achievements made by capital and private equity companies in fund formation, project investment and industrial synergy in the past year around the new high-quality development model of "one base and five industries" of the group.
In view of the work in 2026, he put forward four requirements:
First, we should emancipate our minds , improve our position, broaden our horizons, seize the opportunities of industrial transformation, promote the deep integration of investment business and group strategy, and make more contributions to the transformation and development of the group.
Second, we should transform our services, focus on new materials, environmental protection, digital economy and other sectors, lead the integration of mergers and acquisitions and internal industry incubation, strengthen the unified management of group funds, and constantly improve the standardization and scientific level of group fund business management.
Third, we should enhance our ability , build a strong team, improve the fund system, strengthen the capacity building of fund operation, strengthen the ability of information acquisition and resource integration, and broaden the sources of projects.
Fourthly, we should improve the mechanism , establish and improve the authorization mechanism for investment decision-making, improve the assessment and incentive mechanism, and strengthen the support and guarantee mechanism, so as to provide a solid guarantee for the deep cultivation of industrial investment and the strengthening of capital operation.
