According to the investigation of Zhangzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau, the project of Poly Shimao Bright Binjiang 15 # Building (15-22 , S11, S12, S15-21 # Building and Basement) started on September 4, 2018. On September 16, 2021, the construction unit organized the survey, design, construction and supervision for completion acceptance. The acceptance organization form and procedure conform to the regulations, and the acceptance conclusion is clear.
