Conch Cement announced that it had previously planned to use its own funds to repurchase a shares through centralized bidding transactions, with an estimated amount of RMB 600 million to RMB 1 billion, at a price not exceeding RMB 27.71 per share, to safeguard the company's value and shareholders'rights and interests; As of August 25, 2026, when the implementation period of the repurchase scheme expired, 36.8798 million shares were actually repurchased, accounting for 0.6989% of the total share capital, and the total amount of funds used was RMB 654 million (excluding transaction costs).

The repurchased shares will be cancelled and the registered capital of the Company will be reduced.
