On August 26, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guizhou Province issued the announcement of the acceptance of the ecological environmental impact report of the new dry cement production line project with a daily output of 6500 tons of clinker of Longli Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd.
Construction Scale and Content: The Project plans to supplement the production capacity of Line 2 # according to the replacement ratio of 1:1 in the unified plant area of the same legal person by using the company's original compliance production capacity of Line 1 # of 2500t/d. After the completion of the project, the company's total compliance production capacity of clinker will reach 6500t/d. Dismantle 1 # clinker production line and related equipment corresponding to the capacity transferred out. After the construction of this
project, the existing 1 # line cement clinker and cement production raw mill, coal mill, rotary kiln and supporting facilities, 2 cement mills and supporting equipment, cement packaging machine supporting facilities and other related production equipment will be dismantled. Only the limestone homogenization silo (as the contaminated soil stacking silo of the environmental protection company in the later stage), the clinker silo (as the supplementary clinker silo after the expansion of the 2 # line of the cement plant), 1 cement mill (as the pre-grinding device of the admixture after the expansion of the 2 # line of the cement plant) and 8 cement silos (as the admixture powder silo after the expansion of the 2 # line of the cement plant) are reserved; After the construction of this
project, the cement clinker production capacity of 2 # line in the plant area is 6500 t/d (2.015 million t/a), and the cement production capacity is about 8723t/d (2.704 million t/a). The main cement products are Portland cement (P · II), ordinary Portland cement (P · O, P · O) and composite Portland cement (P · C), and the cement admixture ratio parameters are adjusted according to the market demand to meet the production of cement products. The reconstruction of the
cement production line does not change the mining scale, mining technology and transportation mode of the company's limestone mine.
