Recently, according to a property rights trading platform, the inventory, buildings, structures, machinery and equipment, electronic equipment, biological assets and land use rights under the name of Etuoke Banner Hengzhuo Cement Co., Ltd. will be auctioned, with a starting price of 41.3725 million yuan. The subject matter of this
auction is the bankruptcy liquidation assets of Etuoke Banner Hengzhuo Cement Co., Ltd., including inventory, buildings, structures, machinery and equipment, electronic equipment, biological assets and land use rights. The subject matter is located in the north of North Outer Ring Road, Qipanjing Town, Etuoke Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Details of the
assets are as follows:
(I) Inventory materials (17 items): including cement bags, lifting buckets, weighing plates, FU supporting chains, belt head wheels, gear oil, lubricating oil and other materials, which have been purchased for a long time and have been idle for a long time on the base date of appraisal, so the actual use value cannot be confirmed.
(II) Buildings (22 items): including dormitory building of 3355.92 ㎡, cement grinding workshop of 865.80 ㎡, central control building of 2071.54 ㎡, sales office of 354.12 ㎡, raw material warehouse of 2737.06 ㎡, packaging workshop of 636.70 ㎡, etc. Completed in 2007 ‑ 2018. There is no real property certificate for buildings such as the north bungalow of the dormitory building, boiler room, brick color room, packaging workshop and warehouse, air compressor room, raw material warehouse, simple room, car shed, gatehouse, two substation rooms and substation gatehouse.
(III) Structures (20 items): brick courtyard walls, concrete walls, slope protection, canals, road hardening, dust nets, etc., completed in 2007-2009.
(4) Machinery and equipment (161 items): eight-nozzle packing machine, ball mill 3.2 × 13, transformer, high-voltage switch cabinet, dust remover and other complete sets of cement production and power supporting facilities are all idle on the base date of appraisal; most of the equipment lacks the original purchase contract and invoice.
(V) Electronic equipment (137 items): air conditioners, computers, laboratory consoles, printers and other office laboratory equipment, which have been idle on the base date of appraisal.
(VI) Biological assets (12 items): green planting of seedlings such as Platycladus orientalis, poplar, elm, Elaeagnus angustifolia and pine.
(7) Land use rights (2 transfers of industrial land)
It is understood that on August 17, 2026, the Intermediate People's Court of Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, was unable to pay off the debts due, and the assets were insufficient to pay off all the debts and there was no possibility of restructuring and reconciliation. The enterprise was officially declared bankrupt.
