The statement said: On November 20, 2025, the People's Court of Feidong County, Anhui Province issued (2025) Wan 0122 Po Shen No.12 Civil Ruling, which ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation application of Hefei Pengchao Cement Co., Ltd; On December 8, 2025, the People's Court of Feidong County, Anhui Province issued the Decision (2025) Wan 0122 No.8, appointing Anhui Meilin Law Firm as the administrator of Hefei Pengchao Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"). After accepting the appointment,
the administrator contacted Hefei Pengchao Cement Co., Ltd. for many times and asked it to hand over the company's official seal, contract seal, financial seal, legal person seal and the original and duplicate of the business license to the administrator in a timely manner. As of the date of this announcement, Hefei Pengchao Cement Co., Ltd. has not handed over the above materials to the administrator in accordance with the law. In order to prevent the improper or illegal use of the seals and licenses of Hefei Pengchao Cement Co., Ltd., the administrator hereby decides as follows:
the company seal, contract seal, financial seal, legal person seal and other seals of Hefei Pengchao Cement Co., Ltd. and the original and duplicate of the business license and other licenses shall be invalid from November 20, 2025. Since November 20, 2025, any unauthorized use of the above-mentioned seals and certificates of Hefei Pengchao Cement Co., Ltd. will be investigated for legal liability by the administrator according to law.
