It is the "best" partner to replace and supplement the production capacity of "batch of large and small" to "batch of small and large".

I saw an interesting announcement of the replacement plan for the supplementary capacity of the cement clinker production line. The production capacity of one cement clinker production line of "building large and small in batches" is supplemented to one production line of "building large and small in batches" through capacity replacement. The replacement scheme includes two types of production lines, namely "batch of small and large" and "batch of large and small". Before the

replenishment of production capacity, a Φ5.2m large kiln diameter production line was built with a small batch capacity of 5000 t/d (which is quite moderate compared with some batches as small as 2500 t/d). The supplementary production capacity comes from a Φ4.3m small kiln diameter production line with a large production capacity of 4000 t/d. The supplementary production capacity can be 2,600 t/d after the reduction and replacement of 1.5: 1, and the production capacity of the production line after the supplement is 7,600 t/d. If 1 t/d does not fall, it can be supplemented to 2667 t/d, which is rounded off. However, in terms of self-discipline, it seems to be more reasonable to build a small kiln path for replacement and supplement at a rate of 3000 t/d.

Of course, according to the conversion table in the previous replacement method, the production line is 1000t/d smaller before replenishment, while the production capacity is 1000t/d larger. Supplementing with a large batch of 4000 t/d now does not violate the provisions of the new capacity replacement method. As stated in the announcement, during the publicity period, individual telephone queries have been received and the relevant industrial policy basis has been informed. The conclusion is clear and in line with the policy!
