Taiwan Cement Yingde Cement implements (new) working system, and the application for approval involves middle and senior managers and multiple positions.

Recently, the website of the People's Government of Yingde City, Guangdong Province, issued a notice on the approval of Taiwan Cement (Yingde) Cement Co., Ltd. to implement an irregular and comprehensive working hour system.

1. Agree to implement irregular working hours for middle and senior managers, salesmen, drivers and other staff.

II. It is agreed that safety officer, shift leader, blaster/equipment manager, operator, shoveling/loading/mine car driver, lathe/machining/analyst, kitchen worker, electrician/electrical repairman, dispatcher, engineer, section chief/deputy section chief, manager, environmental protection/environmental protection, dust collector/specialist, technician/statistician, inspector/tester, guard, The working system of comprehensive calculation of working hours shall be implemented for the staff at the posts of batching/sample monitoring/sampling/physical inspector, general affairs/general affairs officer/specialist, maintenance/mechanic, patrol inspection, kiln operator/mill operator, supervisor/director/deputy director, etc.

3. The enterprise shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter I and Chapter IV of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and on the basis of ensuring the health of the staff and workers and listening to their opinions, adopt appropriate ways of work and rest for the staff and workers who implement the work and rest methods of irregular and comprehensive calculation of working hours. Ensure the right of employees to rest and vacation and the completion of production and work tasks.

For employees who implement the working system of comprehensive calculation of working hours, the continuous working hours of workers shall not exceed 10 hours per day, and the hours of extended working hours shall not exceed 36 hours per month, with at least one day off per week.

4. The implementation time is tentatively set at one year , calculated from the date of approval.

5. The unit shall notify the employees who agree to implement the irregular working hours system or the comprehensive calculation of working hours system.
