It specifies the boundary and scope, quantification method, data collection and evaluation index of carbon emission quantification in the whole life cycle of wind power projects (including onshore wind power and offshore wind power). The release and implementation of the

standard will provide technical basis and reference for accurate accounting of carbon emission data of wind power projects from the perspective of the whole life cycle.

This standard is applicable to the quantification method, system boundary, data collection requirements and evaluation index of life cycle carbon emissions of centralized photovoltaic power generation projects.
