The Group has built a "112 + N" scientific and technological innovation system with conch characteristics, continuously increased investment in innovation, invested 18.5 billion yuan in R & D in the past five years, an increase of 52% over the 13th Five-Year Plan, and in 2025, R & D investment accounted for more than 4.8% of the main business income, an increase of 2 percentage points over the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan. The Group has set up the Conch Industrial Technology Research Institute with high specifications to create the original technology source of Conch. In cooperation with Wu Fengchang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, an academician workstation has been set up, and six joint laboratories have been set up with the University of Science and Technology of China and Wuhan University of Technology to promote the implementation of more than 30 joint research projects. A total of 672 annual science and technology projects and 49 key special projects of the Group have been organized and implemented, and they have bravely shouldered heavy burdens in the mechanism of "unveiling the list and taking the lead" in the industry. the 14th Five-Year Plan, Conch has built a mine car driverless project, a smart factory for the whole process of localization of the industry, released a large AI model for the cement building materials industry, and built a Conch "Yungong" industrial Internet platform. It has built an "all-green" cement plant, a demonstration project of new carbon dioxide energy storage, a demonstration line of low-carbon cementitious materials, and a complete production line for the demonstration and application of new biomass carbon-based materials. It has made breakthroughs in dry ice blasting technology, independently developed core technologies such as a high-efficiency and low-resistance six-stage preheating and precalcining system, and has been selected as a national technological innovation demonstration enterprise and the first batch of "digital pilot" enterprises in China.
A group of bright figures can show the effectiveness of the group's "14th Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological innovation. 2087 authorized patents were obtained, an increase of 315% over the 13th Five-Year Plan. Twenty-four core technologies have passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements, of which 16 have reached the level of "domestic advanced" or above. Successfully identified 20 high-tech products and new products in Anhui Province, and 12 new products, new materials and new equipment such as "Conch Expert Optimization Control System" were identified as "three first products". It has won more than 30 awards and honors at the provincial and ministerial levels and industry authorities, such as the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the China Industrial Award and the China Environmental Protection Science and Technology Progress Award.
Conch has vigorously implemented the integrated optimization of cement burning system and the development, popularization and application of key technologies for efficient calcination, and carried out the comprehensive energy efficiency improvement and transformation of clinker production lines. Compared with the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the standard coal consumption per ton of clinker has decreased by 9.24 kg, and the comprehensive power consumption per ton of clinker has decreased by 5.28 KWh. 104 production lines have reached the first level of energy consumption. The comprehensive energy consumption per ton of clinker products reached the national energy efficiency benchmark level, which was 13% lower than that at the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
Conch has built a three-in-one artificial intelligence model innovation system of "computing power + data + scenario", jointly built an artificial intelligence training center and an artificial intelligence model for cement building materials industry with Huawei, and landed in more than 40 scenarios in five categories, such as quality control and production optimization of cement manufacturing. The accuracy of clinker strength prediction is more than 90%, and the standard coal consumption is reduced by 1% on the basis of the first-class energy efficiency. Taking a 5000 t/d clinker production line as an example, carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by more than 4500 tons per year, and coal consumption cost can be saved by millions of yuan per year.
Through the deep integration of computing power, data and scenarios, the large model of artificial intelligence not only helps conch improve quality and efficiency, but also provides a replicable example for the application of artificial intelligence in cement industry, which promotes the digital transformation of the industry.
