Recently, according to a property rights trading platform, the assets of three production lines of Sinoma Pingxiang Cement Co., Ltd. were listed and transferred simultaneously.
They are 2500t/d, 4500t/ d clinker production lines and 3 million tons of grinding production lines involving above-ground buildings (structures), machinery and equipment and other assets, which are located in Shangli County, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province. The transfer base price totals 135.95 million yuan.
It is understood that in November 2025, the Jiangxi Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology announced that Jiangxi Southern Cement Co., Ltd. It is proposed to increase the production capacity of 7000t/d (2500t/d + 4500t/d) cement clinker of Sinoma Pingxiang Cement Co., Ltd. It is used to supplement the production capacity of four cement clinker production lines of four subordinate member enterprises, including Jiangxi Yongfeng Southern Cement Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Luxi Southern Cement Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Shanggao Southern Cement Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Fengcheng Southern Cement Co., Ltd.
The replacement plan shows that the Pingxiang cement production line of Sinoma is planned to be shut down from the date of the announcement, and it is planned to be dismantled and withdrawn on December 31, 2026. According to
the data, Sinoma Pingxiang Cement Company has a 2500 t/d clinker production line and a 4500 t/d clinker production line. After the replacement, Sinoma Pingxiang Cement will have no clinker production capacity. After
the successful transfer of assets, it marks that Sinoma Pingxiang Cement will withdraw from the cement market and become history.
