The freight vehicles illegally transported beyond the limit account for 12.5% of the total number of freight vehicles in one year. The freight vehicles illegally transported beyond the limit by Bahrain Left Banner Mengxin Cement Co., Ltd. exceed 10% of the total number of freight vehicles in one year.

In accordance with Article 66 of the Regulations on Highway Safety Protection, the road transport administrative agency shall revoke the vehicle operation license of a freight vehicle that has been transported more than three times in violation of the law within one year; the road transport administrative agency shall order the driver of a freight vehicle that has been transported more than three times in violation of the law within one year to stop engaging in commercial transportation; If the number of freight vehicles illegally transported by a road transport enterprise exceeds 10% of the total number of its freight vehicles within one year, the road transport administrative agency shall order the road transport enterprise to suspend business for rectification ; if the circumstances are serious, its road transport operation license shall be revoked and announced to the public. The Transportation Bureau of Bahrain Left Banner made an administrative penalty decision on December 26, 2025, imposing a penalty of suspension and rectification on Mengxin Cement Co., Ltd. of Bahrain Left Banner.
