JKS stressed that Li Xiande's resignation was not a disagreement with the company. According to
the data, Du Wei holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Bristol University and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Imperial College of Technology. From February 2021 to December 2021, he served as an assistant to the chairman of Jinko Power Technology Co., Ltd; From December 2021 to March 2026, he successively served as the general manager and assistant to the chairman of JinkoSolar's strategic investment; he has served as the vice president of JinkoSolar's strategic investment since April 2026.
It is noteworthy that on the evening of March 16 this year, A-share listed Jingke Energy announced that Chen Kangping resigned as general manager of the company and held related positions in various subsidiaries as vice chairman of the company; Cao Haiyun took over as general manager of the company . However, only four months later, Chen Kangping resigned as vice chairman for personal reasons and no longer held the positions of the company and their respective companies.
On the same day, Jingke Energy released its performance report for the first half of 2026. In the
first half of this year, JinkoSolar achieved a revenue of 24.727 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 22.32%; a net profit loss of 3.076 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase in losses; a non-net profit loss of 3.361 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase in losses.

In the first quarter, Jingke Energy realized revenue of 12.248 billion yuan and net profit loss of 1.35 billion yuan. According to this calculation, the company's revenue in the second quarter was 12.479 billion yuan, with a net profit loss of 1.726 billion yuan. In the
first half of this year, the total shipment of Jinko Energy components was 29.64GW , and the delivery of energy storage system products was 3.1G Wh.
JinkoSolar expects to ship 15-17 GW of modules in the third quarter of 2026, and adjust the annual module shipment guidance to 60-70 GW . In its 2025 annual report, JinkoSolar announced a module shipment target of 75-85 GW this year.
For the adjustment of shipment target, Jingke Energy said that considering the changes in some market demand, the company will pay more attention to the balance between shipment scale and profit, cash flow and order quality.
